○ The biggest feature of this practice is that it does not cause disturbance.
○ Chant 5 to 11 garlands of this mantra in the evening everyday from 7 to 8. Do this continuously for 21 or 41 days with a white hakaik garland.
○ This is an agate practice, in this practice, chant the mantra only after covering the head and take special care of cleanliness, clothes and postures will be white. Always keep it extra.
○ During sadhana, the mouth of the seeker will be facing towards the east, in front of it, myrrh will continue to light and a lamp will be burning with native ghee and one mustard oil. And keep a water vessel necessary.
